Tisserand Aromatherapy - Policies


We protect your personal information such as name, address, credit card number and what you've ordered, by using secure servers that encrypt all the information you input before it is sent to us. We store the customer data we collect on our dedicated, secure server to protect it against unauthorized access. For additional protection we do not store credit card information, so you will simply re-enter your credit card information each time you place an order.


To enhance your purchasing experience we use a feature called a "cookie". Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. They let us know that you are a previous customer, and allow us to retrieve customer information previously provided by you, and eliminate the need to re-enter this information every time you shop our site. We respect your privacy, and believe that your personal information belongs to you. The information you provide is used only to enhance your shopping experience at our site, and will not be shared. If we ever change our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information that we collect and how we use it.

Placing an Order Online

It's easy to shop at Tisserand Aromatherapy, and to order from Natural Products Shopping. There are several ways to find your favorite Tisserand Aromatherapy products. Simply click the buy button located next to each product to add them to the shopping cart.

*If you add or change the quantity in the "Qty." box on the "Contents of Shopping Cart" page, you must click on the "Recalculate" button to apply any quantity changes before proceeding to "Checkout".

You can also use the convenient search option to locate your selections and click the buy button at the search results page.

At any time, during your visit you can review and change the status of your shopping cart, by clicking on the shopping cart icon visible on the home page and other pages throughout the site.

When you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button in the lower right corner. You will then be lead through the checkout process. After you have finished checking out, you will see a page confirming your order. Please click the "Confirm" button to complete your checkout.

You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation and an Order Number to reference.

Sales Tax

Orders from Wisconsin are subject to 5.5% Sales Tax

Out-of-Stocks and Back Orders

In the uncommon event that one or more items ordered are out-of-stock, the out of stock item will be removed and the remainder of your order will be shipped. We will notify you via e-mail of the out-of-stock. The out of stock item/s will be credited back to your credit card.

Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Tisserand Aromatherapy fulfilled by Natural Products Shopping. In the event, that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item, or provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.

To replace or return an item, you may either phone our customer support staff at 877-263-9456, or send an e-mail message to our customer support at orders@naturalproductsshopping.com Subject: Return Authorization. Please include your name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to replace or return.

The following business day we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on replacing or returning your item. We request that items be returned via insured US mail or shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx Ground).

Shipping Policy:

Shipping in the U.S.

If you place an order before 12 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and your item(s) are in stock, we will generally ship your order the same day. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it the very next business day.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS ground depending on weight and package size to the United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Orders unless otherwise specified. Our primary provider of shipping service for Next Day and Second Day shipping options is Federal Express. Our shipping notification email will inform you of how your package was shipped.

Orders are generally shipped same business day if received by 2:00pm CST.

In rare instances, there may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship (i.e. gallon bottles of shampoo, etc.). If additional shipping charges are applicable, you will be contacted by a customer service associate before your order is processed informing you of the additional charges.

International Orders

For International orders we only accept prepaid international money orders, prepaid bank drafts drawn on US bank accounts, or Western Union money order transfers. All International packages are shipped via U.S. Global Airmail Parcel Post. Shipping costs include actual Global Airmail Postage, plus a $6.00 Completion of Customs Forms fee. We will contact you by e-mail to provide these shipping costs, or you may contact us by email at orders@naturalproductsshopping.com or call customer service at:

Please know your countries import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc.

Note that weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days.

If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and Natural Products Shopping will not be held liable.

Tracking your Order

When your order has been sent through the UPS or FedEx, you can use the reference number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email to track your package. Go to the UPS or FedEx website. Select track by Reference. Enter your Reference number, country and ship to zip code. Select track to get tracking information.
